booking POLICY
PAYMENTS
Within our luxury brand, we graciously accept payments in both cash and card forms. To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service cost is required, which will be applied towards your chosen service. The outstanding balance will be settled upon the completion of your appointment
scheduling
We encourage all scheduling to be completed either online or in person during your visit. Please refrain from direct messaging for booking purposes. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, simply utilize the "reschedule" option provided in your confirmation email.
late arrivals
Kindly ensure prompt arrival for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allotted for any delays. However, appointments will be automatically canceled for tardiness exceeding 10 minutes. No exceptions will be made.
cancellations
We kindly inform you that deposits are non-refundable for all cancellations. For any no-shows, a 25% fee of the booked service will be charged. In the event of an emergency preventing attendance, we appreciate advance notice to facilitate rescheduling. only read last one that’s the corrections
Paramedical treatment policy
With this service, you can schedule a consultation available either in person or via Zoom call. A consultation requires a non-refundable deposit of $100 for a one-hour session, which will be credited towards your treatment. During this time, we will discuss your preferred treatment location, pricing details, and if necessary, perform color matching. Additionally, our consultation may include further details tailored to your specific needs and concerns.
